David Oluwatosin

Tosin has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Her span has covered Credit, investment & capital market activities, as well as Human Capital Management and administration. A strategic thinker, she is capable of starting new businesses & services with the ability to act as a change agent. She has been recognized for her integrity, professionalism, initiative and versatility. With a strong commitment to excellence and developing people, she positively impacts environments she is associated with. She continues to be engaged in businesses which will continue to impact the lives of people and the economy, transforming lives and environments into potential maximizing situations.

Ms David has an M.Sc. (Management Studies) from Durham University Business School, United Kingdom; a B.Sc. Politics/Philosophy & Economics from the University of Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and a Diploma in Labour Studies from the Polytechnic of North London. She has also attended many international development programs including The Advanced Management Program at Wharton- USA.

She worked with Nigeria International Bank Ltd (Citibank Nigeria – A subsidiary of Citigroup) for 6 years in various capacities and left as the Head of Human Resources to go into Management Consulting. Whilst at Citibank, she was appointed as a founding member to the Board of Accion Microfinance Bank where she chaired the Ethics and Governance Committee.

Prior to her employment with Citibank, Tosin worked with the United Bank for Africa (UBA) and Icon Ltd. Merchant Bankers.

She is currently involved in consulting in the area of Organization & Financial Management, particularly for small and medium sized businesses; publishing and lecturing.  Publications include the development of a Training Directory. Facilitation is in the areas of Human Resource Management; Leadership & Management; and Financial Services.

Tosin is a citizen of both the United Kingdom and Nigeria
