Abolade Durojaiye is a Professional Trainer/Facilitator who specializes in Organizational and Human Capital Development. She creates methodologies to align the skills and talents of her clients to the strategic objectives of their various organizations.
She partners with training organizations and is on the faculty of several organizations across the globe. She facilitates and coordinates global project training programs and leads Project Executive Group’s TRIAD Services. TRIAD is unitized capacity building applied in capital projects, automation and ERP projects, and in troubled project turnarounds for delivering high-performing project teams and outstanding performance outcomes.
She has over ten years of training/facilitation experience and has created, developed and delivered a wide range of development programs in areas of: team building, team bonding, leadership, diversity, communication and career development. She has facilitated programs for clients in various industries including: technology, education, government and non-governmental organizations, manufacturing, oil and gas, banking and finance, insurance and telecommunications.
She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators and an active member of Toastmasters International, Sugar Land, Texas Club (Competent Communicator Award). She is recognized as a strong leader and has received numerous awards from various organizations for being a visionary, and an excellent communicator and presenter. She served on the Board of the American Women’s Club and on the PTA Board of Cornerstone Elementary, Fort Bend Independent School District.
